Bonnie Frances Good Nelson of Three Rivers lost her battle with pancreatic cancer on Friday, June 16, 2017. She was 70.
Bonnie passed away peacefully at home on hospice in Camarillo, near her daughter and granddaughter, with a smile on her face. Bonnie was sure of what comes next and will be watching over her loved ones.
A Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, July 8, 9:30 a.m., at Community Presbyterian Church, 43410 Sierra Drive, Three Rivers.
Bonnie was born April 15, 1947, to Robert B. and Frances Cochrane Good in Hanford, Calif. Bonnie graduated from Hanford High School, attended College of the Sequoias, and worked in the savings-and-loan industry her entire career.
After retiring to Three Rivers, Bonnie enjoyed volunteering at Sequoia National Park and the Three Rivers Bread Basket and was active in the Community Presbyterian Church.
Bonnie leaves behind her husband of 43 years, Lewis Nelson; daughter Tabitha Nelson-Bane, husband Eric, and granddaughter Maemie Bane of Newbury Park; mother Frances Cochrane Good of Visalia; brother Martin Good and wife Trisha of Solvang; sister Peri Good and husband Jeff
of Bellingham, Wash., and El Cajon, Calif.; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Bonnie was preceded in death by her father, Robert Good (1923-2011), of Three Rivers and brother David Good (Yolanda Montano) of Fresno.
