Tulare County Health and Human Service Agency’s Public Health Branch is working with the State of California and its vendor, OptumServe, to open two State-sponsored COVID-19 testing sites in Dinuba and Porterville. These new testing sites at Dinuba and Porterville memorial buildings are now open for scheduling appointments. Tulare County opens drive-thru testing

The site at the Dinuba Memorial Building (249 S. Alta Ave.) began taking appointments Monday, May 4. The testing site at the Porterville Memorial Building (1900 W. Olive Ave.) opened for appointment Tuesday morning, May 5.

It is recommended that community members use the web registration process found on the Logistics Health Incorporated website. Community members without Internet service may call 1-888-634-1123.

Tulare County Public Health Branch personnel are assisting OptumServe with logistics and other resources to ensure that the testing operation is as safe and efficient as possible.
