Tulare County Library now has eCards

Tulare County Library nowTulare County Library is providing eCards to patrons so they may access eBooks and eAudiobooks, job help, tutoring, and databases without making a trip to a library branch. Due to the pandemic that has resulted in library closures and other access issues, applying for a new library card became a difficult proposition. 
But now, Tulare County residents may apply for an eCard, which will be valid for six months. If interested in getting an ecard online, complete a registration form at www.sjvls.org/services/self_reg_eng.
When ready, upgrade the eCard to a regular library card by calling the Library at 559-713-2700 (option 4).
