Those storms earlier this week dumped two inches of rainfall in Three Rivers and two feet of snow in the mountains above 9,000 feet. The cooler temperatures and unstable conditions are what we have referred to over the years as Jazzaffair weather. Some of the 40 previous jazz fests have featured weather from all four seasons in a single weekend. To date, seasonal rainfall in Three Rivers is 6.91 inches; for all of 1976-77, it was 8.56. We just might not break a record.
