WEATHER WATCH: AUGUST 15, 2014
The clouds stayed away long enough for all who looked at the night sky on Sunday to witness a spectacular moonrise of another Super Moon. On Monday, clouds gathered again over the Sierra and overflowed to Three Rivers, dropping just enough rain to really show how dirty local vehicles get in the summer. As for the forecast for the next couple weeks, it’s typical August weather: highs in the upper 90s; lows in the mid to upper 60s. That’s more like hanging-at-the-river weather than back-to-school weather. http://www.kaweahcommonwealth.com/news/summer-supermoon
