WEATHER WATCH: FEBRUARY 6, 2015
Two warm storms are on the way and will arrive just in time to put the kabosh on any outdoor weekend plans. The storms will be concentrated in Northern California and the Pacific Northwest, but Kaweah Country, which is woefully in need of precipitation in any way, shape, or form, will receive rain, perhaps as much as an inch-and-a-half when all is said and done.
This area is barely sneaking in on the action as we are at the southern end of the moisture. In the Sierra, the snow level isn’t expected to dip much below 8,000 feet.
