Daytime high temperatures will trend into the upper 70s for the weekend. Tuesday, March 10, should see a balmy high around 80, the first 80-degree temperature of the year.
The low pressure that arrives mid-week will ease those temperatures downward, closer to where they belong this time of year. Next weekend has a 50-50 chance of warm rain melting what little snow is in the nearby mountains. Last weekend’s storm dumped a half-inch of rain in Three Rivers, keeping the foothills green and wildflowers blooming.
