Chief Charlie Norman speaks: Proactive on prevention


Charlie Norman, born and raised in Tulare County, and a Woodlake High School alum, has devoted his entire professional life to fire safety and prevention. In this interview, the first of several planned with Chief Norman throughout the upcoming fire season, he speaks on a number of topics including plans to implement fire policy in the County’s pending Short Term Rental ordinance.
